Speaker Request Form

As part of its information-gathering process, the Tobacco Independent Panel is conducting three virtual public meetings (all times listed below are Eastern).

• October 21         11am - 2pm    Application Process
• October 24         1pm - 4pm      Regulations & Guidance Process
• October 25         9am - Noon     Compliance & Enforcement/Public Education & Communication

More information on the evaluation project can be found here. Each meeting will include up to 8-minutes of remarks per confirmed stakeholder followed by a brief Q&A session with the Expert Panel. The October 25 meeting will be split into two sessions covering Compliance & Enforcement from 9:00 to 10:20am and Public Education/Communication from 10:35am to noon. 

If you are interested in presenting comment during one of these sessions, please respond with your first, second and third preference for the date/topic. Requesters are not guaranteed a speaking invitation as we need to ensure representation across stakeholder groups. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
