As part of the Information Gathering phase of the operational evaluation of FDA's tobacco program, the Independent Expert Panel will gather broad stakeholder input in this series of virtual public meetings: 

• October 21     11am - 2pm ET     Application Process
• October 24     1pm - 4pm ET      Regulations & Guidance Process
• October 25     9am - Noon ET    Compliance & Enforcement
                                                     Public Education & Communication

The evaluation addresses Center for Tobacco Products programs for regulations and guidance, application review, compliance and enforcement, and communication with the public and other stakeholders. The panel will not address tobacco policy issues, which are outside the scope of this evaluation.
